Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our services, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as specified below.

Required Information for DMCA Notification

For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent.

Required Information for Counter-Notification

To be effective, a counter-notification must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and telephone number
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Processing of Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer of the complaint

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringement within ten business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, jorvian has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

False Claims

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.

Modifications to This Policy
